Mobile Shelving Systems

click to enlarge	Mobile shelving is an effective storage system, designed to provide quiet, space efficient storage and retrieval of items. It is possible to lock individual shelving bays to secure and protect archived items.  The sizes and load capacities of the carriage along with the type and size of the shelving can be manufactured according to the customer’s requirements. These systems can be used for archiving, registration documents, as a depository, for storing small items of stock etc where it is necessary to attain the maximum shelving capacity in a given space, frees space for other uses. click to enlarge click to enlarge	Construction: The design and construction of these systems has been perfected over decades and they are manufactured from sheet steel. Using bayonet fixings the shelves are easily fixed without the need for tools. The load capacity per shelf is 100, 160 and 240 kg and may be supplied with backstops. Various types of shelf fittings, for storing different materials are available according to the customer’s requirements (draw units, shelf separators etc.). Each shelving bay is fitted with rubber seals to protect against dust. Carriage: Maintenance-free robust rails and wheels ensure smooth and silent movement of the mobile shelving. Each bay is manipulated with chains using a hand wheel or a hand driven mechanical system.  The rails may be floor-mounted. or embedded. Finish: According to the customer’s requirements, various quality finishes and colours are allowed.  Standard units are supplied with grey RAL panels and black frames.
